How do I reset my StarDot camera or video server to its default factory settings?

For StarDot IP cameras, the top lid must be removed. Once the circuit board is visible, press and release the "Defaults" button on the circuit board (the camera must be powered up and fully booted first).

For StarDot video servers, most models have a small hole on the front panel. Using a paper clip press and release the recessed button.

Your StarDot device will reboot with factory defaults.
